Civil Engineer / Project Manager

Burgess & Niple is looking for aCivil Engineer Project Managerto join our team in Erie, PA. This position is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our local team and utilize their technical and leadership expertise to lead and complete interesting and challenging projects.B&N Civil Engineer- Project Manager Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and design of municipal projects. Typical projects may include water system improvements; sanitary sewer system improvements; and/or roadway improvements.

Create and develop scopes of work and budgets for projects.

Actively lead and participate in project delivery to create an exemplary client experience.

Monitor performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risk.

Provide mentoring, training, and coaching for engineering team.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program with a P.E. registration

7+ years of experience

General knowledge of relevant engineering software, software experience with Microsoft Office required

Strong communication skills, quality control, and organization skills are essential to the success of this role
