NOW HIRING AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN ERIE, PAWe are seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to join our Inside Sales Department. In this role, under the supervision and guidance of the department manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of sales and product knowledge, providing premium customer service for our distributors, contributing to the progress of the sales office by cross-training on all office functions, and working on improvement projects.Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
Prior sales experience
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and energy level
Strong customer service skills
Pay/Shifts
This role is during business hours
Starting pay range of $16-$18/HR
Quarterly profit-sharing bonuses Paid out each quarter for the last 15 years
