The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining appropriate medication storage/security, including up-to-date MAR, as well as written and verbal communication with other staff regarding clients' medical conditions and medication needs.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse by State of Pennsylvania; experience working with individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and/or substance abuse disorders preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, organizational skills and the ability to effectively work with a team.
Strong clinical skills with working knowledge of mental health system and recovery principles.
Ability to effectively work with persons with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and/or substance abuse disorders and encourage their participation with comprehensive treatment plans.
Act 33/34/31 and FBI Clearances
Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle during scheduled work hours.
