The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:Roles & Responsibilities:· Hardware-Software Integration Testing at Sub-System Level.· Determining Test Requirements, Creating New Test Cases, and Schedules for software developments.Required Skills (Technical Competency):· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science· Hardware & Software Integration Testing· Hands-On/ SIM Test Lab· Understanding Test Requirements· Write Test Cases for Multiple Sub-SystemsDesired Skills:· Toll Gate Process· Understanding of DOORS/ ClearQuest· Knowledge of RS 422/232 Serial Comm.· Strong Analytic & HW Troubleshooting Skills· Ability to Interact with multiple stakeholders at all the levels.Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.

Must be able to climb stairs to safely abroad heavy equipment vehicle and perform analysis on board operating heavy equipment vehicle and in test cells

Ability and willingness to work "hands-on" in test labs and on heavy equipment vehicles.

Need to be able to carry at least 25 pounds.

Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.

Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.

Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

Typical 8-hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 8AM to 4PM with a possibility of overtime/off shift.

Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.

Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
