This is a full-time, salaried position.
Job Summary:
This position will oversee all job functions that contribute to successful restaurant operations, including customer service, employee development/relations, food production, and administrative requirements.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience managing a full-service dining environment, or equal experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
Must possess exemplary leadership skills and be able to lead a team of 50+ employees
Detailed and diverse food and beverage experience and knowledge preferred
Must have a working knowledge of restaurant POS systems
Must have experience with internet software, spreadsheet, and word processing software
Restaurant financial (i.e., P&L) experience and knowledge is preferred
