We do almost all commercial roofing work. Most of the roofs we work on are flat, or very very easy to walk. We do alot of roof coatings and roof membranes that don't require you to beat up your body all day.
I will start the right person out between $18 - $30/hour, depending on their experience.
The guys I've had for awhile and have been able to train are making between $28-$34/hour and have company trucks + perks and bonuses.
We get 35-55 hours per week depending on the time of year. We work pretty much through the winter, and put in alot of hours in the Spring/Summer/Fall. We "get the long days while they're there to be gotten".
Edit: This could a be a short term position through Fall and early Winter. OR if I find the right person it could end up being management, then thier own business opportunity.
