Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Technicians and Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Plumbing
Electrical work
HVAC systems
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties.
Troubleshoot and repair issues in plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
Proven experience in plumbing, electrical work, or HVAC.
Valid license in one of the above trades or willingness to acquire one under the company’s name.
Ability to pass a background check.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
