Need some extra income? Property Management company looking for 1 or 2 part time plow drivers to start immediately. We prefer someone who has commercial snow plowing experience, but we will train a new plow driver. Pay is based on experience. Plowing Area are in Millcreek, West City of Erie and Mercyhurst College area, we would prefer a driver who lives in those areas.
1st thing we need is a worker who is reliable and dependable for the season!
Driver must have reliable transportation to work, must be available to plow mornings between 12 and 8AM every day as needed with weather. Driver will get more hours if available in afternoon or evening for extra plows if needed. Being familiar with Millcreek and Erie will help.
2 Position available
1) Plow and Salter, we need someone who can run the commercial salting route which will start around 5AM and go to 9AM, worker will need to plow, salt and shovel properties as needed. Must be able to driver 2500 and be able to lift 50-pound salt bags, and also run a 3500 Dump truck with salt hopper on it. This route will run whenever we are getting 3" of snow or more when our other drivers are plowing their full routes.
2) Residential Plow Route: WE have a 3-5 hour route that we need a drive for, you will be trained for the route then you will run the route 100% yourself it will be your route. Must be able to plow with a straight blade on a 1500 or 2500. You will go out when we get to 3 inches of snow ideally between 2 and 8AM, we also will plow between 10-3PM or 630 and 1AM if we get more snow. But when we go out all depends on snow
