Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Communicate effectively
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
