Residential Property Leasing Consultant (HUD)(Tax Credit)(Market Rents)(LIHTC)(Low Income)
Seeking a part time leasing consultant for an affordable property in Erie PA area. The candidate must have leasing experience and tenant maintenance dealing with HUD and Tax credit. Candidate must be proficient in word, excel and have good communication and customer service and communication skills, working knowledge of computers.
Physical inspections of the property. Direct supervision of vendors, site billing and processing invoices. - Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times for yourself and all property employees. Responsible for the leasing of the property; ensuring through effective execution of HUD, affordable housing and tax credit guidelines in a professional manner. - Responsible for generating various reports, including but not limited to the Weekly Vacancy, Delinquency, Turnover, Annual Certifications.
