Job Title: Licensed Plumber –Area Manager

About Us:
We are a growing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Plumber to step into a Regional Manager role. This position offers the opportunity to combine hands-on expertise with leadership responsibilities to support and oversee operation in the area
Responsibilities:
Oversee plumbing operations and ensure compliance with all codes and safety standards.
Lead, manage, and support plumbing teams within the region.
Coordinate projects, scheduling, and daily workflow.
Ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid plumbing license.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Prior management , sales or supervisory experience preferred.
