NETZSCH Pumps USA is looking for someone to DRIVE THE BUSINESS in the Mining Market. They develop, implement and execute strategies and associated road-maps to drive sales within the Mining market throughout the U.S. This person is already or will become the expert in the market, speaks the language of the market and possesses expert competence in product, applications and trends. This position is responsible to identify, target, and establish networks (customers, partners, associations, suppliers, etc.) to build and manage successful relationships within the Mining market. This person knows the market like the back of their own hand and is known in the market as a trusted partner and uses the network to reach the strategic goals.  In addition this person, among other things, will:Responsible for profitable and sustainable growth of sales, after sales and service for all relevant NETZSCH Pumps USA products for the defined market.Develop sales propositions (potentially as new business model) for any relevant product with customer pay back in mind and monetize NETZSCH’s features and benefits for them.Present NETZSCH solutions to Industry influencers and specifying Engineering firms (EPCs) to put us in the pole position at bid day.Research market conditions, trends, and specific customers/applications to determine potential sales and new product/product modification opportunities.Develop and maintain Key Accounts and business contacts within the industry.
