Job duties include checking in the pharmacy orders, maintaining inventory, patient data entry and assisting the pharmacist with running and filling prescriptions. Technicians are responsible for dealing with insurance issues over the phone.Excellent phone, customer service and problem solving skills are required. Should be detail oriented, organized and able to muli-task. Prior pharmacy technician experience preferred. Prior retail or customer service experience a plus, but not required.PTCB certification required within 12months of hire. Shouldbe able to work any hours store is open. This is a floating position that can potentially work in any Klingensmith's location
