User Experience Portfolio ManagerRole descriptionThe HR Strategy and Transformation User Experience (UX) Team takes a human-centered design approach to designing user-friendly and connected digital experiences to create a unified, personalized, and intuitive talent user experience for Deloitte professionals. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide a seamless experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across talent. We are looking for a driven and organized manager to support the User Experience team with providing UX best practices and support across Talent technology solutions. This role will collaborate with stakeholders across the Talent channel and in close partnership with our HRST teams (such as Digital Enablement) to identify areas where UX support is needed, and work closely with the UX and technology teams to prioritize, scope, and execute on UX design and research opportunities in order to deliver innovative and user-centered technology solutions. The UX Portfolio Manager is passionate about UX and human-centered design, possesses Agile project management experience, brings strategic and innovative thinking, and has strong stakeholder relationship-building skills. Work you'll doAs the UX Portfolio Manager, you will:Work closely with Talent stakeholders and HRST project teams to communicate the capabilities of our UX team and value of human-centered design

Collaborate with Talent and Business stakeholders and technology teams to identify impactful UX design and research opportunities and incorporate these activities into project plans

Collaborate closely with the UX Strategy Manager to apply our team's UX guiding principles and frameworks to special projects

Support UX research, design, and testing; including preparing and reviewing materials, tracking and communicating status, reporting on results and findings, and making recommendations to improve usability

Work in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment with minimal oversight

Contribute to deliverables by bringing a hands-on, creative, and solution-oriented point-of-view

Assist in evaluation of new technology applications and solutions, taking UX strategies into account and assessing how new technologies would fit into the overall user experience

Partner with HRST teams and collaborate with HRST leadership to refine UX strategies and principles as the talent technology portfolio evolves

Perform other role-related duties as assigned

Our team - in partnership with our Talent stakeholders, IT partners, and technology vendors - supports the design, configuration, and implementation of technology solutions that will enhance the employee experience, optimize productivity, and create value for the Firm.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant work experience

4+ years of experience designing and implementing large, complex software solutions

Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices

Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:Knowledge of the professional services industry

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado and Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
