Coach Chris Confidence is a locally owned and deveolped private swim lesson school. CCC prides itself in teaching private one-on-one swim lessons. We teach private swim lessons from the very frightened to the advanced swimmer. Water confidence is the first step to water safety. This provides the basis for the student to then continue the progression of swimming skills. Starting with endurance and advancing to backstroke, freestyle, breaststroke, treading water and diving. We also teach swim team students and triathletes. Our team is committed to building confidence in our swimmers and helping them develop lifelong skills in the pool.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Swim Instructor at Coach Chris Confidence. As a Swim Instructor you will connect with students, listen, be genuine, enthusiastic, open to new ideas while being Consistent and Firm with CCC students. This position can grow into a management role
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Swim Skills, preferably coaching experience
Ability to work well with diverse groups of people including special needs.
Previous experience in teaching or coaching swimming is a plus
Easy going
Ability to be flexible
CPR and First Aid certification encouraged
