We are in search of a Design and Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in designing and selling homes. This individual will hold a significant position within the Leadership Team and will be entrusted with overseeing both the sales process and the company's design process.
Responsibilities
Primary salesperson for Garden Homes
Monitor design and floorplans so that customers’ requests are fulfilled
Responsible for marketing and oversight of team that produces marketing materials and engaging content
Make sure that the sales team carefully follows company processes
Lead team meetings and keep management informed with status updates
Qualifications
Required
Experience with residential sales
Architecture degree or equivalent experience
5 years of experience with construction/familiarity with construction principles
Professional and detail-oriented
Innovative problem solver
Team-player
Strong communication skills
Humble, ready to admit mistakes, and respectful
AutoCAD skills
Preferred

What We Offer
Competitive annual salary of $85k-$90k DOE + commission opportunities to earn up to $150k-$160k
Sales commission per home (excluding model or spec homes)
