Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. The successful applicant will be expected to provide top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their properties are safe and comfortable.Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, and refrigeration equipment.- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.- Conduct property maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical work, to support HVAC system functionality.- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.- Use specialized tools, such as an ohmmeter, to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues with HVAC systems.- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to resolve complex issues and complete projects efficiently.- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in HVAC technology and best practices in the industry.Requirements:- Proven experience as an HVAC/R technician with a strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.- Mechanical aptitude and experience with plumbing and electrical work.- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and the ability to diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment.- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.- Familiarity with appliance repair and the ability to troubleshoot and fix HVAC-related appliances.- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and tools.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- Certification as an HVAC/R technician (R-410A, EPA 608, etc.) is required.- Strong communication and customer service skills.By applying for this role, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional HVAC services to our customers.
