Do not miss out on this chance to make a difference - apply now and take the first step towards a rewarding career!DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Child Support Enforcement Specialist (CSES), you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the Child Support Enforcement Program. You will have the opportunity to serve as a liaison between the local IV-D Domestic Relations Section of the County Courts of Common Pleas, the IV-A County Assistance Offices, Children and Youth Offices, as well as other inter- and intra- departmental agencies. Work includes providing technical assistance to business partners; conducting system(s) training; reviewing individual cases to maintain data integrity; conducting case audits; representing the commonwealth's interest at FAIR hearings; conducting outreach initiatives with outside agencies including hospitals and fatherhood groups; and working with customers to resolve issues.Make your career aspirations a reality with the Department of Human Services!Interested in learning more? Full-time employment.

Note: This is a home headquartered position which will require you to travel to Beaver, Mercer, and Lawrence counties.Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. This position will be home headquartered after a 6 months probationary period for a new hire and promotional candidate. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the department office within the listed counties that is closest to your residence.

Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

Four years of experience in a domestic relations office which included the interpretation, application and explanation of policies and regulations and analysis of information; or

A bachelor's degree; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training including one year in a domestic relations office which included the interpretation, application and explanation of policies and regulations and analysis of information.

Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.Other Requirements:

You must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the counties of primary assignment: Beaver, Mercer, and Lawrence counties.

This position will have access to Federal Tax Information (FTI) and is subject to the provisions of IRS Publication 1075 (Pub 1075) which requires you to pass an enhanc d background check prior to beginning employment.
