This opportunity allows you to serve others in the community during their times of need - fire, storm, or water damage to their beloved homes or businesses.We are seeking a highly motivated Demolition Crew Leader.  The primary role will be to lead a crew of 2-5 teammates performing multiple services throughout the process of a fire or water restoration project.  This includes hand demolition, content handling, and material delivery.The goal of this position is to motivate your team through leading by example, and to instill a sense of pride in all you do.  Additionally, a crew leader will need to hold the team accountable towards their goals and represent the company in the best way possible.  The Project Manager will lean heavily on the Demolition Crew Lead for a second viewpoint/opinion and accurate feedback regarding job status. Demolition Crew Leaders will rotate equally on-call for emergency services with all other Lead Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers.Serving others after a disaster has struck their property is not easy.
