Your responsibilities will involve collecting and analyzing data to revise documents; aiding in the development of instructional materials for field agents; and addressing inquiries received via phone and email regarding various programs, including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Small Business Enterprise, Diverse Business, On the Job Training, and Title VI. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that the Bureau's initiatives are effectively communicated and understood by stakeholders. This will require a proactive approach to information management and a commitment to fostering equitable opportunities within the community.Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
This position may be eligible for alternate work schedule.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as a Human Resource Assistant 1 (Commonwealth title); or
Two years of clerical experience; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.Other Requirements:
