Description We are on the search for a HR Business Partner to be part of our client's team located in HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for overall administration of Human Resources policies, programs, and practices. You will support the full employee lifecycle to include leave administration, ADA accommodations, job description development, performance improvement plans, career progression, compliance and formulating policies and procedures. Responsibilities of the HRBP include: Facilitate the processing of employee leave programs in compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations including evaluating employee requests for leave of absence to determine eligibility, within company and regulatory requirements. Establish strong relationships with organizational leaders and staff, leveraging your business acumen to support the achievement of business objectives. Guide leaders on the performance management process, including the development and implementation of performance improvement plans. Manage the administration of leaves and ensure smooth return to work procedures. Oversee the design and implementation of performance improvement plans for identified performance and/or behavioral areas of concern. Monitor employee turnover, conduct exit interviews, and provide insights on trends and remediation recommendations. Ensure the annual review and update of all human resources policies and procedures. Handle compliance reporting. Manage unemployment compensation claims, EEO filings, workers compensation claims, and related issues.Requirements 3+ years of experience of Human Resources with a focus on employee relations and leave administration. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and SHRM certification preferred.
