This role supports the inventory specialists in resolving material availability challenges. This individual will safely and appropriately use proper equipment to drive/deliver specified materials/products. This role is responsible for maintaining and ensuring a high quality product with the right fit, form, and function are available at the end user stocking location. This role is required to engage regularly with department end users and act on specific material/supplies related feedback.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
High School diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of experience with Inventory planning and/or coordinating experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S) :
Associate's degree recommended.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in maintaining inventory levels including receiving, storage, and auditing.
Minimum one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite & TEAMs.
Experience in customer service, managing inventory discrepancies and exceptions.
Experience managing expired material.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly self-motivated and customer-centric.
Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
