As a Public Health Program Administrator, you will provide expertise in determining policies and procedures, in accordance with state and federal regulations and the program mission, to maintain Pennsylvania's SPBP and Ryan White Part B standards to ensure compliance and consistency in the administration of the programs and service delivery. You will ensure coordination and integration of all HIV services funded through or in conjunction with the department for the efficiency and efficacy of meeting the needs of eligible clients and the funds allocated for service delivery. You will work in collaboration with Program Project Officers to conduct technical assistance activities and visits of regional grantees to ensure compliance and efficacy of program activities and service delivery.Interested in learning more? Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a Public Health Program Associate 2 (commonwealth title); or

A bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience in the development, analysis, or monitoring of programs, grants, or contracts in health, human services, social or behavioral services, health care services, or health insurance; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:

PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.

You must be able to perform essential job functions.
