Join us today!What You Will Do:Responsible for achievement of Environment Objectives and Goals.Complete emission inventories and greenhouse gas reports for transmission sites and basins.Support external and internal partners, as required, related to data requests, review of potential impacts to operations and development of emission compliance plans.Perform annual Title V audits at facilities and participate in internal environment related audits.Liaise with regulatory officials regarding complex technical issues such as permitting and compliance questions.Independently work with operations, permitting, and field services to ensure that equipment and processes implemented meet air compliance requirements.Present and strategically communicate air issues both upward (Gas Transmission) and downward (front line operations) within the organization.Create, update, and implement various environmental compliance documents, contract specifications, technical resource documents, manuals and similar.Contribute to the establishment of uniform correspondence procedures and style practices in standard operating procedures for operators and field coordinators.Review and interpret existing or emerging regulations or industry efforts and develop Company response to them.Participate in industry associations related to air permitting and air quality issues such as INGAA and API.Provide technical expertise in the development and maintenance of the environmental systems databases to ensure that all information collected meets air compliance requirements.Efficiently manage dollars spent on environmental controls and environmental compliance measures.Improve office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.Research and develop resources that create timely and efficient workflows.Who You Are:

You have the following education and experience:Minimum of 6 or more years of directly related experience.Related University Degree.Ability to communicate, orally and written, to a wide variety of people, including employees, management, and regulatory agencies.Ability to handle multiple tasks and to work with minimal supervision.Computer skills using Microsoft Office products.A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.Ability to comprehend and apply strategic solutions to diverse regulatory, scientific, and technical issues.Demonstrate willingness to implement new ideas within acceptable boundaries.High level of personal and professional integrity and commitment to Enbridge's values.Must be able and willing to travel to supported field locations as required including transmission pipelines that run from Texas to Maine and the Midwest and North-central US.Preferred:Professional Engineering License or other Specialist Certifications are considered an asset.Strong natural gas industr air permitting and compliance experience.Experience with Enbridge business units, familiarity with Enbridge's business and cultures considered an asset.Knowledge of activities and processes associated with the pipeline transmission of natural gas.Working Conditions:Office environment with a significant amount of regular travel to field locations.Flex Work Arrangements: Enbridge provides competitive workplace programs that differentiate us and offer flexibility to our team members.
