Wood fired taco stand utilizing locally sourced ingredients seek an experienced cook who is comfortable working with a variety of meats and vegetables who plays well with others to help us continue in our tenth year of making our customers happy and well fed.
We are located in the West Shore Farmers Market and are open days only , no nights.
The ideal candidate should have strong knife skills and preferably possess a working knowledge of Mexican cuisine (and a few words of Spanish in your vocabulary would be helpful too )Several years experience working in professional kitchens necessary.
