Building Maintenance person needed for a high-rise apt building - responsibilities include painting, plumbing, light electrical work, sanding of hardwood floors. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and with others as a team.
SKILLS:
2 plus years as maintenance worker
Basic understanding of electrical, and plumbing
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
MUST BE RELIABLE.
This is a full-time position.
