The ideal candidate should be very familiar with Mexican foods ( and , ideally speak some Spanish as well ) and working with a variety of meats grains and The candidate should possess strong knife skills and be well versed in basic butchery , as well as be comfortable working either station in the kitchen .
They should work well with others and be comfortable in taking on a managerial role, both organizationally and in terms of employee management to help us continue to improve in our eleventh year .
