Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation and valid driver license
Previous Caregiving experience ( Required)
Valid CPR (Preferred)
Negative TB skin test within last 12 months
Negative Background checks and motor vehicle background screening.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Need to be physically able to perform tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, and must adapt to varying mobility needs of clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, dressing, and grooming
Administer medication and monitor health vitals as instructed
Accompany clients to appointments and social activities
Maintain a safe and clean environment in clients' homes
Document and report any changes in clients' condition
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care
