Stronghold Floors (Mechanicsburg, PA) is seeking motivated, reliable people to install epoxy floor coatings. Experience in coatings application is not required - we'll teach you! Travel time (in our vehicles) is paid at full rate. Yes, we listen to music while we work.
Position is full-time.Hourly wages range from $17 to $22 per hour based upon work experience. Increases are based upon skills, experience, longevity and performance.

Our company provides:
personal protective equipment
training by company personnel
paid holidays & vacation (full-time only after a probation period)
paid mid-season break around 4th of July - 1 week paid vacation while the OPS team takes a break
Positions require valid driver's licenses in good standing. Employee must be able to pass a DOT medical examination (but does not require CDL).
The nature of these positions requires:
some heavy lifting and working on knees
wearing of dust masks and respirators
wearing knee-pads and use of small hand-grinders
work with epoxies, polyurethanes and polyaspartics
driving box trucks and vans
overnight travel on rare occasions
very rare evening and weekend work
