A CENTRAL PA-based painting company is looking for skilled, reliable painters to join our team on a 3-month project with a path to long-term employment.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, filling holes, etc.)
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Mix and match colors for the perfect finish
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter
- Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear
What We’re Looking For:
- Sprayer expertise
- Basic painting tools required (we provide specialty tools like sprayers and ladders)
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as scrapers, sanders, and brushes
- Knowledge of construction estimating to assess materials and labor needed for projects accurately
- Bonus if you have skills in plastering, carpentry, masonry, or concrete finishing
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift heavy items as needed
