Phantom Entertainment is looking for several all purpose employees for a full time positions that have a schedule that changes every week but averages 40 hours work per week. This position includes saturday and sunday work. If you are not available at least on saturday's this job would not be for you. This job would be a combination of loading and unloading for events as well as staffing events at customer's locations. This is not seasonal. It is full time year round.

We are looking for that special person that understands and can accept the strange weekly schedules that we have. You will need to have a very flexible schedule. For the most part, this position will be assigned various events throughout the week and weekend. Daily start times will change every day. One day the start time might be 3pm. Another day the start time might be 6am. Event days are typically about 10 to 12 hour days. To fill in some hours, we would have this individual work in our warehouse assisting our warehouse lead in loading and unloading vehicles. Additional warehouse work might be cleaning our rides and inflatables. This would require manual labor and possible heavy lifting.
Duties include:
Must have good verbal communication skills for customer service. This position requires some heavy lifting or moving with dollies and hand trucks of equipment from vehicle to specific event location. It also requires travel by vehicle, equipment set-up, equipment operation, equipment tear down, and standing for several hours.
Requires flexible hours that will include Saturdays.
This position requires a flexible multitasking individual
Willingness to learn to Operate electric forklift
Loading and unloading of all Phantom vehicles at our warehouse and event locations
Minimum requirements to apply for this job:
Must have valid PA driver's license with minimum 3 year clean driving record. (This means no suspensions for any reason or excessive speeding tickets). You would have to allow us to run an MVR before employment could be confirmed. Unfortunately we are not considering full time applicants at this time who do not have a valid driver's license because you would need to be able to drive our company vehicles.
THIS IS A DRIVING POSITION as well as equipment loading and event staffing. This position includes driving our company vehicles.
You must be able to pass a drug test.
Our insurance company requires any individual who would drive our company vehicles to approved by them. Must have the ability to drive large 16' box trucks and drive vehicles with 16ft trailers attached.
Must have the ability to use a computer , send and receive emails. You must have a cell phone and be able to send and receive texts.
After 90 day probationary period, benefits are available such as healthcare, vision, retirement, vacation/PTO time, holiday pay.
This job requires long hours of standing and lifting of at least 75 lbs and the ability to move heavy equipment with hand trucks and dollies. All of our locations are non-smoking, therefore you will need to be a non-smoker as well. You would be required to pass a drug test and eventually get a health Physical card. We are NOT hiring smokers for full time at the present, but we may have part-time jobs available.
It would be mandatory for you to do two paid days in the warehouse and two paid days at an event to be considered for this position.
