Driven, motivated, experienced full-time landscaper/caretaker of a pristine senior community. Responsibilities would include zero turn lawn mowing weekly daily, weed prevention and flower bed care at entrances, maintaining curb appeal throughout the community with picking up trash, leaves, debris, pine needles, care of dog stations throughout the community, maintaining their own maintenance shop, maintaining the roads, landscaping of all cul-de-sacs and Island areas with trimming of hedges, maintaining grass with planting seed where needed. Must be physically fit, interested in doing work during work time, snow removal with company truck and plow. Must be motivated, hard working ambitious person that is able to work on their own with little supervision and have structure and a schedule to make sure the grounds look wonderful. Hours are Monday through Friday 7-3.
