Our existing business is looking for a part time handyman or handywoman to complete tasks around the business. The tasks include but are not limited to:
-light mowing
-weed whacking
-painting
-installing / replacing lights
-installing / replacing door latches and knobs
-general upkeep
-general repairs
The ideal candidate should require some working knowledge of the above, and be able to work on their own schedule, after being given tasks and general direction. They should be able to comfortably lift 50lbs and be comfortable working outside. All equipment will be provided. They will be a W2 employee (not paying cash under the table), and if successful this position has the potential for an increase in hours. To start, 10 hours a week will be guaranteed and expected.
Must have no criminal record, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a drug test if requested.
