We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plant Care Specialist to maintain and care for indoor tropical plants and greenery throughout a luxury hotel in Hershey. This role is perfect for someone who loves plants and takes pride in creating a welcoming, vibrant environment for guests.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with management about plant needs and inventory.
Water, prune, clean, and fertilize indoor plants according to care schedules.
Monitor plant health and identify issues such as pests, disease, or stress and communicate to management.

Ensure all plant displays meet hotel standards for aesthetics and safety.
Qualifications:
Experience with indoor tropical plants preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical ability to lift and move plants as needed.
Reliable transportation a must.
