We are seeking a skilled Plaster / Brick Mason to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience with plastering, bricklaying, block work, and other masonry tasks. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying materials, and ensuring that all work meets high-quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Lay brick, stone, or block in mortar.
Apply plaster, stucco, or other coatings to interior walls, ceilings, and exteriors.
Repair, patch, and refinish existing masonry or plaster surfaces and wood surfaces.
Read blueprints or drawings to determine materials and layout.
Mix mortar, plaster, or concrete to proper consistency.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
Follow all safety and job site protocols.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a plasterer, brick mason, or similar trade.
Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
Preferred:
Experience with ornamental plaster or restoration work.
Own tools and safety gear.
