Mj3 Partners is currently searching for Process Operators to join our clients Lebanon, PA pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. If you are looking for a work/life balance, this may be the job for you! You work 3, 12-hour shifts Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Processing Operator is a critical role in the production of the product. In this role, the operator will assemble necessary ingredients for the startup of production equipment, operate the equipment, perform quality checks, complete paperwork and clean the equipment while adhering to CGMP, FDA and OSHA standards.
To be successful in this role, you must have good math skills as you will be using weights, pumps and dialing measurements during the premix of the product. Once trained, the ideal candidate will be able to refine the process to ensure we have the proper formula for production purposes.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES
EDUCATION
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This role requires that you stand for 12 hour shifts and requires an ability to lift up to 60 lbs. during your shift.
