We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Assistant Property Manager to oversee and manage residential properties in the vibrant Midtown section of Harrisburg. This role requires a hands-on individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for real estate. The Assistant Property Manager will handle light repairs, host open houses, and ensure the smooth weekly management of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light repairs and maintenance tasks to keep properties in excellent condition.
- Host and conduct open houses to attract potential tenants and effectively rent out units.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including coordinating with tenants and addressing their needs.
- Monitor property performance and report on occupancy rates, maintenance issues, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to implement strategies for property improvement and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong passion for real estate and property management.
