Responsibilities include handling transaction management and other real estate administrative duties.
This position is approx 15-20 hours a week to start.
Hours would be Mon-Fri. 4-5 hours a day, some flexibility.
Position Requires:
Proficiency & comfort level with technology (Microsoft Office products, learning proprietary software, internet and social media, google contacts, docs, maps, etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be able to organize and systematize
Customer Service focused
High attention to detail
Real Estate experience (RE license a plus or willingness to obtain)
Dotloop experience a plus
Position is open as current assistant is relocating out of area. Systems & processes are currently in place -need the right person to pick up quickly and run with it.
