We are looking for Security Guards for a client in Shippensburg, PA. This is a contract to hire position and we are looking for people who want a long term position.
The schedule is rotating and will consist of 2/2/3 Every Other Weekend. We have 2 shifts available - First Shift 5am-5pm and Second Shift 5pm-5am.
The Security Officer is responsible for working at a truck gate, checking in and out trucks. Responsible for working at a reception post managing access control, watching CCTV, and reporting incidents to Supervisors in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Security and conflict management skills
- First aid, law enforcement, surveillance, CPR, and/or military experience
- Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and loss prevention techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of security experience
