The Restoration Project Manager will oversee wind and hail storm damage projects from intake to completion. You will coordinate & manage timelines, ensure quality workmanship, communicate with homeowners and insurers, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage wind/hail storm restoration projects, including assessment, scope development, bidding, scheduling, and execution.
Perform on-site inspections and document damage using photos, measurements, and written reports.
Develop accurate project estimates, scopes of work, and cost control plans.
Communicate clearly with homeowners, insurers, adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to safety programs, local codes, and industry standards.
Manage change orders, permits, inspections, and close-out documentation.
Maintain client satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and pursue opportunities for referrals and follow-up work.
Required Qualifications
1 year of project management experience in property restoration, roofing, construction, or related field.
Experience handling wind/hail damage projects and insurance restoration cycles.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and safety standards.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Customer-service oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel or work in storm-affected areas as needed.
