Entry-level full-time position with an established IT solutions company with excellent benefits.
Assist government clients via telephone and e-mail with using a web-based software application, such as: navigation walk-throughs, password resets, and tracking application issues and updates. Facilitate online and in-person system training for end-users.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Basic to excellent knowledge of Windows/MS Office/internet/e-mail
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- An ability and a willingness to learn
- Pleasant telephone and interpersonal demeanor
- Ability to write clearly
- Ability or experience executing technical training for end-users
- The work is onsite in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania (NO REMOTE WORK)
Not required but would be helpful:
- Customer service and/or technical support experience
- Human services / social work / caseworker experience
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm
