Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Hardscaping
- Knowledge of how to read plans, plan and lay out jobs, and install per product specs or industry standards, whether per code or ICPI standards.
- Must be able to manage jobs so they meet deadlines and are done at the highest quality. Must be able to communicate well with crew to make sure they understand in detail what is going on.
- Trucks and equipment: Must be able to take care of trucks, equipment, and tools.
- License: Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- Physical Abilities: Physically meet required endurance (standing, squatting, kneeling) and able to lift what is needed to complete the jobs.
- Driving and Operating Knowledge: Able to drive truck with trailer, operate skid loaders, mini-excavators, laser level, and all smaller tools needed to run a crew and complete a job start to finish.
- Hardscaping: Experience in building paver patios, retaining wall, outdoors kitchens, and other various hardscape projects.
If you have any of the following additional experience, let us know when applying:
- Extensive Excavation knowledge in machinery operating or excavation
- Construction or Masonry experience
- In-ground pool installation
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7- 4, but must be able to work overtime or weekends if needed.
