JVH Excavating, Inc. is seeking applicants for heavy equipment / diesel mechanic with a minimum of (5) five years experience.
Qualifications/Essential Responsibilities:
Can pass a pre-employment drug screening
Has a valid PA Drivers license
Repairing and maintaining all equipment, company fleet, both rented and owned
Being a leader in terms of safety, work ethic and the ability to communicate effectively with field employees including supervision levels
Servicing of equipment on various job sites
Following and upholding all required safety rules and regulations
Will maintain good housekeeping with the ability to keep company records and complete work orders on equipment in timely manner
5 years minimum mechanic experience
Komatsu, Cat, Bobcat, Case and other heavy equipment experience required
Tri-Axle dump trucks, Mack, Kenworth, and Volvo experience preferred
Pickup and passenger car experience a plus
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
