Position Responsibilities:
Demolition of existing flooring materials.
Repairs to flooring substrate.
Layout of flooring projects.
Installation of a wide range of flooring materials including carpeting, tile, wood plank and other specialty products.
Advising customers on proper flooring care and maintenance.
Carpentry trim work at walls and doors.
This position is for a non-administrative hourly employee who is primarily engaged in installing flooring materials for a Spectra location.
This position is eligible for overtime pay.
This position is eligible to perform the installation of material at a piece rate in accordance with the rates of the Spectra location and for specific projects.
Installation of a wide range of flooring materials including carpeting, tile, wood plank and other specialty products.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
