We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician and/or Plumber and/or Electrician and/or General Contractor to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our managed properties and projects in top condition. From routine repairs to urgent fixes, you’ll be the go-to for maintaining the quality and safety of both residential and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities (Depending on Skillset you bring):
-Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, carpentry, and/or appliances, depending on skillset
-Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
-Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure preventative maintenance.
-Collaborate with property managers, tenants, and contractors to coordinate work and access.
-Ensure all work complies with safety codes and company standards.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
-Work on larger renovation/restoration projects with other team members.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of hands-on maintenance or construction experience preferred.
-Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance tools.
-Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently.
-Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in tight spaces.
