DeAngelo Contracting Services is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Assistant with a great attitude and love of customer service. This position is in office and will report to the Hazleton office location. The Payroll Assistant provides day-to-day functions necessary to support our team and customers.Major Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support to the payroll department.Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll for employeesReview payroll entry for accuracy.Review tax information in Paylocity system for new hires.Address employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes and deductions promptly and professionally.Train to be payroll back up for processing payroll.Process child support garnishments.Investigate and respond to tax agency requests.
