Responsible for the preparation of institution financials; maintaining financial plans and policies, preparing various financial reports; providing direction and supervision to subordinates.Education: 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related field or equivalent experience.Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a bank accounting roleSkills: Must be detail oriented, possess knowledge of bank financial statements and bank accounting practices, ability to use Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and query software. Must have the ability to motivate subordinates, be a team player, and promote a positive environment, proficient PC skills and analytical abilities, demonstrated supervisory skills, and proficient interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate must be able to work a 40-hour work week.
