Congress and External Engagement Lead

Location: Horsham, PA (Must come onsite 2-3 days a week) Compensation: $135k Congress and External Engagement Lead

Manage the review and approval of medical booth content for congresses in the US

Collaborate with external agencies/vendors, USMA team members, and global medical affairs to facilitate stakeholder engagements.

Maintain a tracker of agency contracts & budgets related to congress & booth support, including budget reconciliations as required (Budget Management)

Drive conference project management in partnership with USMAF and US commercial congress leads

Provide support for onsite leadership at various congresses

Support scientific content development, management, and review

Assist in presentations to senior management and business partners regarding congress objectives, planning, details, metrics, and benchmarking

Serve as a subject matter authority on Immunology congresses

Ensure clear communication across all cross-functional groups

Champion innovation and encourage the exchange of successful approaches among congresses.

Build strong relationships with colleagues from different departments and external partners involved in organizing scientific meetings and conferences.

Support other external engagement activities such as Advisory Boards, Steering Committees, and Symposiums.

Qualifications:

Equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 1-2 years of related work experience for candidates with an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD), or 2-4 years of related work experience for candidates with a bachelor's or master's degree.

Demonstrated project management skills to handle a high volume of work under demanding deadlines

Demonstrated skills in effective communication, including both written and verbal, along with expertise in presentation, conflict management, and problem-solving.

Ability to work in the Horsham, PA office in a hybrid schedule

Ability to travel up to 25% domestically
