Eurofins Environment Testing in Horsham, PA is looking for a full-time Supervisor / Dispatcher.   The hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm plus overtime as needed. Compensation is $25-30/hour (Depends on Experience)Key Responsibilities:Coordinate monthly routes for routine pick-ups using routing softwareMonitor and adjust schedules for quarterly, semi-annual and annual pick upsSchedule and manage daily pick-up requests received via email or phone from clients and the project managersMonitor driver locations through GPS softwareAdjust routes and schedules proactively to address delays, last-minute requests, and changes in prioritiesSupervise Field Services team to ensure routes and added stops are completedMaintain clear and timely communication with clients, drivers and internal teamsKeep accurate records of routes, service adjustments and client interactionsContribute to ongoing process improvements for route efficiency and service qualityField sampling as neededPerform other duties as assignedSuccess Metrics:Minimal missed pick-ups or sampling appointmentsTimely and clear communication with clients, drivers and project managersEfficiently optimized routes that maximize drivers time and resources
