Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.As the Manager, Field Operations, you will have a key role in enhancing therapy access by leading our Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) field-based organization. Working closely with the Associate Director, Strategy and Operations, you will analyze strategies and operational processes to meet organizational objectives. Your tasks will involve creating strategies to improve business processes, collaborating with both internal and external partners, and ensuring seamless implementation and execution.Key Responsibilities:

Streamline analytical/operational functions to provide actionable insights for the FRM organization

Develop operational insights and recommendations to influence decision-making

Optimize field reimbursement processes, tools, and systems to improve patient access to Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine therapies

Partner cross-functionally to deliver excellence in FRM access, including coordination with Hub, Patient Access, Training, Marketing, and other teams

Support operations related to key field reimbursement execution initiatives, such as product launches and technology enhancements

Orchestrate project work in a matrixed environment to optimize field execution

QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor's degree is required

Experience and Skills:Required:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in commercial operations, marketing, insights, or strategy for management level position

Expertise with Microsoft applications

Position based in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ with up to 25% travel. Position is office based and requires minimum 3 days per week in the office setting.

Preferred:

Pharmaceutical industry experience

Knowledge of the Immunology reimbursement landscape

Other:

Proven success in partnering within a collaborative and matrix environment to develop operational processes

Experience shaping and influencing organizational decision-making

Strong storytelling and data visualization skills

Ability to work with integrated systems and complex program management

Intellectual curiosity and ability to solve ambiguous business processes

Knowledge of Field Reimbursement Manager roles and responsibilities and market access dynamics

Expertise with Microsoft applications and familiarity with data visualization tools

The base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
